Attorney Matthew D. Zimmelman, Esq.Matthew D. Zimmelman, Esq. joined the firm after receiving his J.D. from Touro Law School on Long Island. While in law school Matthew interned at a real estate law firm where he focused on real estate transactions. His experience with lenders and real estate closings offer a unique perspective to assist homeowners in need. Prior to law school Matthew worked as a real estate agent and spent several years at a small accounting firm. His attention to detail and real estate and accounting experience have proven to be great assets in the field of bankruptcy. Matthew is a graduate of Yeshiva University where he majored in Economics and minored in business. Matthew is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in Federal Court in the Eastern District of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. When not practicing law, Matthew enjoys skiing and cycling, and regularly participates in cycling events raising money for several charitable organizations, including the National MS Society.
